Went to the property and no one was home unit looks to be vacant. Spoke to the manager and she state the renter moved out last month and she asked why was I there for the same reason another inspector was there 0n March 23 2015. I told her I did not know but that I would close the case due to the renter has moved out. Case Closed as NOVERIFY |

Met with the manager and to let her know that a compaint has been filed. Was able to meet with the tenant and check the unit and found no roaches. Met the tenant close to 11:00 and needed to come back after 2:00 to check the unit. Did get the copies of the billing of the treatments of several dates. The front door is not sealed, kitchen cabinets are missing the bottoms or are loose in several areas. Shower surround has a hole on the side and the filter for the AC has not been changed. Did meet with the manager and these issues will be addressed. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
