Spoke to the manager and she state the renter moved out last month and she asked why was I there for the same reason another inspector was there 0n March 23 2015. I told her I did not know but that I would close the case due to the renter has moved out. Case Closed as NOVERIFY
04/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The tenant has moved out. The new tenant has no complaints on the unit and talk to the mother of the tenant. Was able to check all the items that needed to be repaired and all has been addressed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
