Inspection found that a new roof was being added to the 2nd floor of the house, they are changeing the pitch of the roof as well. All work is being done without permit. Spoke to the owner and she stated that they are repalceing the old roof and putting a pitched roof to make more room and to have a better run off of rain. I explained that they need to have a permit do that type of work and that thye would have to stop all work until a permit has been issued. She stated she would have her husband get the permit. I gave her my card if he had any question. |
