At site, meet with owner and tenant. Inspected tenants unit, no signs of water still leaking from outside or from the 2nd floor unit. Tenant gave me information from a mold detection service company. I informed her that our department doesn't cover mold. The tenant stated that the water leaks were repaired by caulk on the inside of the unit. The owner stated that he made some roof repairs and diverted running water so it wouldn't puddle. I inspected units 104, 101, 107, 209, 109 and 102. Four of these units were occupied, I asked each tenant if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. All responses were no. I did notice that all the units I inspected did not have smoke detectors. Hand issued an NOV for smoke detectors. F/U 01/26/15. |
