01/23/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT STEVENS Approved At site, meet with owner and tenant. Inspected tenants unit, no signs of water still leaking from outside or from the 2nd floor unit. Tenant gave me information from a mold detection service company. I informed her that our department doesn't cover mold. The tenant stated that the water leaks were repaired by caulk on the inside of the unit. The owner stated that he made some roof repairs and diverted running water so it wouldn't puddle. I inspected units 104, 101, 107, 209, 109 and 102. Four of these units were occupied, I asked each tenant if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. All responses were no. I did notice that all the units I inspected did not have smoke detectors. Hand issued an NOV for smoke detectors. F/U 01/26/15.
01/26/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE STEVENS Approved At site with owner, Joe. I inspected 6 units at random, all units had smoke detectors. Spoke to tenant, I explained to her that I would need to see water damage to re-open this case file. Close case.
