Life line (s/o cord) not rated at the required 50amp, exsisting life line only rate for 20amps and weathered and wires are bare. Tenant had extension cord running from neighbor, made her remove it , Water heater missing flue pipe, missing the temperature and pressure valve drain pipe, delapidated porch on north side of trailer. issued Notice of Violation ( abatement and order to vacate) . Owner allowed tenent to stay in a diffrent unit until all repaires are completed. Placed do not enter ,unsafe to occupy placard on window. Compliance due in 10days. -01/30/2015 |
