PERMIT STATUS: APPROVAL, PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REVISED (CAN BE DONE IN PERSON AT PERMIT PICK UP):

1) Per SC 3-18, revise permit application to match sign dimensions on submitted plans. (typo?)
2) Per SC 3-18, revise permit application to the correct total sign area once dimensions revised to match submitted plans.
3) Per SC 3-18, revise permit application to correct sign height off the ground, to match variance application and submitted elevation view of proposed sign. (App has 157' listed, max bldg parapet height to east of sign location is 155' and sign is to be mounted on lower parapet wall (on south elevation, at top - at farthest western portion parapet, per variance request and submitted drawings, height is listed to be at 148' off ground)
4) Per SC 3-18, 3-74, please provide the total proposed sign area on the elevation view submitted. (Note, this elevation view submitted has smaller dimensions than the variance requested/granted. The variance set was for 40" x 24'4" = 81 sqft.)

5) As development plan sheet and axonometrical view available, staff printed this set of drawnings for contractor to add sign location (in addition to sign location map submitted.)
