Visited the site and spoke with the tenant. Her complaint was that the outlet on the rear wall for the toaster oven was shooting out sparks when plugged into on Halloween. An electrician came out and said it was the extention cord. At the same time frame a mini fridge under the sink stopped working. These item are in the front casasita. This is a detached rental structure. Research does not show rentals. |
