Found a couple of issues with the heaters, unit 3 heater is ok after check with SW Gas they were out to the unit 3 in Jan 2014 and it was ok the renter ask that the unit not be turned on she has a space heater but was told by her Doctor not to use it because she is handy capped.. Unit 5 heater was condemed by SW Gas but the onwer stated that she has a space heater. Will be meeting with the contractor to check the unit in question and any other unit that we can get into. There is issues with the cooler on the roof with the elecrtical hook ups to the breaker box some have them and some don't. |
