Visited site, inspected, found as follows, met manager on site,inspected apartments 211 and 221 and found that a sprinkler system had being set off by a stove fire and had water damage in the floors and ceilings, wrote notice of violation, condemned both units and had manager sign and gave copys ,also condemned both units till the water is extracted, and the repairs made on the ceilings, gave zero days to abate |
