Visiited site, met tenant ,inspected, found as follows, egress,ingress doors are allowing external elements to enter unit, bedroom windows do not function properly to ope,close and lock,swamp cooler not functioning at all, bath tub drain lever is missing, roofing is damaged and allowes water penitration, have hole in ceiling, have bed bugs inside unit,missing intake vent for furnace, contatced the manager, explained about the swamp cooler, also sent a on site manager, explained to him what needed to be repaired in unit, recieved a phone call and manager stated tha tthe evaporitive cooler was repaired, will write nov and send |
