Arrived and the tree has a large branch that has snapped and fell onto the stairway blocking the access to the upper units. The complex had a company on the site that was cutting the trees. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front windows. The tenants were removed and placed in other units or stayed with freinds on the property. The stairway and the railing appears to have no damage and will be checked once the tree is removed. Will meet with the management in the morning when the office is opened. RV. |
