09/13/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a tree into building. Arrived and the tree has a large branch that has snapped and fell onto the stairway blocking the access to the upper units. The complex had a company on the site that was cutting the trees. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front windows. The tenants were removed and placed in other units or stayed with freinds on the property. The stairway and the railing appears to have no damage and will be checked once the tree is removed. Will meet with the management in the morning when the office is opened. RV.
09/18/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The tree has been removed and the railing and stairway are OK. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
