Visited site with inspector Bigman. TEP was called and verified that the electric power would not be turn back on soon. Andy the manager accompanied us to the unit. We found the tenant in the unit without electricity. The smoke detector was not working. There was roaches in the unit on the kitchen countertops and floor. The kitchen light fixture globe was broken. The tenant was told that she had to vacate the property and not be in the unit after 5:00 PM. I posted the unit. NOV, Notice and Order, Notice of Emergency Abatement were hand delivered to the manager. See Sire. |
