There was roaches in the unit on the kitchen countertops and floor. The kitchen light fixture globe was broken. The tenant was told that she had to vacate the property and not be in the unit after 5:00 PM. I posted the unit. NOV, Notice and Order, Notice of Emergency Abatement were hand delivered to the manager. See Sire. |
