ROOF DRAIN CLOGGED, ABANDON CONDENSATION DRAIN PIPE TOOK WATER INTO THE BLDG GETTING WATER ON THE FLOOR ON THE TOP FLOOR, 2ND FLOOR BATHROOM CEILING IS WET FROM WATER AT THE CORNERS OF THE BATHROOM, BASEMENT ROOM MOST AFFECTED BY THE WATER HAD THE ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTED WELL BEFORE THE FLOODING DUE TO CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING WORK GOING ON WITHIN THE BLDG. CONTRACTOR ON SITE UNPLUGGED THE ROOF DRAINS AND CAPPED OFF THE CONDENSATION PIPE. BLDG MGR CONTACTED RESTORATION COMPANY ALREADY BLDG IS BEING DRIED OUT. BASEMENT AREA HAD THE ELETRICAL TURNED OFF TO THE AREA AFFECTED BY THE WATER. TFD ASKED THAT THE ALARM SYSTEM BE TURNED OFF DUE TO THE WATER DAMAGE WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE ALARM TO CONTINUE TO GO OFF UNTIL IT DRIED OUT. ALARM SYSTEM TO BE TURNED BACK ON BY BLDG STAFF ON 7/16/14. OBTAINED OFFICE PERSON NAME AND NUMBER TO CONTACT TO VERIFY WHEN ALARM IS TURNED BACK ONTO THE BLDG.
