Met with the tenant and the main electrical disconnect has been replaced with a permit due to had burning in the panel for both units. The electrical outlets have issues with not working or partially working. While moving the outlets around to check for power, the outlets started to work. Did talk to the inspector that did the inspection and he did not go inside the unit. The outlets that were checked were the bedrooms on the west side. Will call the owner and stop by the house. RV. |
