I met with the rep from Weingarten and the local facilities manager today along with a landscaping company at the shopping center. The areas behind Weingartens property and the CVS have been cleaned, overgrown vegetation trimmed and dead vegetation has been removed. Weingarten and CVS have met their obligation to maintain the area. Case closed. |
