At site, spoke to tenant. There were no vehicles parked in the front of the home. In back of the home there was a red Ford SUV up on jacks with all four tires missing. Tenant stated that the tires were being replaced and that the SUV is his. I explained that he could only work on his own vehicles and that working on someone else's vehicle is illegal. Sending NOV for refuse on the east side of the home. F/U 10 days. |
