In back of the home there was a red Ford SUV up on jacks with all four tires missing. Tenant stated that the tires were being replaced and that the SUV is his. I explained that he could only work on his own vehicles and that working on someone else's vehicle is illegal. Sending NOV for refuse on the east side of the home. F/U 10 days.
05/09/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE STEVENS Approved At site, I spoke to the tenant. Refuse along side of the house is cleaned up. There were several vehicles parked in the back yard, but he also had several guest at the home. He stated that they were there to help he clean up. Close case.
