THE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOOTER IS CRACKED UNIT 8 VACANT SPACE NO DISCONNECTING MEANS UNIT 9 UNABLE TO DETERMINE AMPACITY OF THE OVERCURRENT DEVICE DUE TO WORK CLEARANCE OBSTRUCTION. NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM. THE SUPPORT SYSTEM IS UNSTABLE AND DETERIORATED. UNIT 10 NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM. UNIT 11 WAS A SHUT DOWN DUE TO TAMPERING WITH THE DISCONNECTING MEANS IN BY PASSING THE OVERCURRENT DEVICE AND CONNECTING THE FEEDERS DIRECTLY TO THE 30 AMP RECEPTACLE. THE MAIN BREAKER DID HAVE BURNS AND INTERNAL COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED SUPERVISOR MARTIN ROMERO AUTHORIZED THE SHUT DOWN, INSPECTOR CAMPBELL DID HAVE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SIGN THE ORDER TO VACATE AND POSTED A PLACARD UNFIT TO OCCUPY. TENANTS DID VACATE. NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM. ADVISED MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ON SITE A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIRS. UNIT 12 NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM, THE DISCONNECTING MEANS IS LOOSE, UNIT 13 NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM, UNUSED OPENINGS. UNIT 14 THIS IS A HARD WIRED SYSTEM NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM, UNUSED OPENINGS THE NEUTRALS AND GROUNDS ARE NOT SEPARATED. UNIT 15 THERE IS MULTIPLE CONDUCTORS ON THE LINE SIDE LUGS THIS IS SUPPLYING POWER TO 30 AMP EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT. NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM, UNUSED OPENINGS THE NEUTRALS AND GROUNDS ARE NOT SEPARATED OVERVIEW THE PARKS WOOD POST SUPPORT SYSTEM IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OVER HEAD FEEDERS, THESE FEEDERS TRAVEL OVER THE TOPS OF THE ONE HOUSE AND THE FOLLOWING TRAILERS UNIT'S 2, 4,5,6,7,9,10,12,13,14. POSTS HAVE IDENTIFIED TO HAVE SEVERE DAMAGE DUE DETERIORATION CAUSE BY LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND TERMITE DAMAGE. THE CONCRETE FOOTERS HAVE CRACKS AND ARE EXPOSED TO DUE MOVEMENT. THERE ARE POSTS WHICH ARE UNABLE TO SUPPORT ITS OWE WEIGHT SOME POSTS HAVE PIECES OF LUMBER WHICH HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE TOPS OF THE POSTS TO GAIN HEIGHT FOR THE FEEDERS. THESE FEEDERS ARE BELOW THE 8 FOOT REQUIRED HEIGHT. THE POSTS IN THESE LOCATIONS ARE NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR THE FEEDERS TO MEET THE CODE HEIGHT. REQUIRED ACTION THE ELECTRICAL DEFECTS AND REPLACEMENT OF THE POSTS WILL REQUIRE A PERMIT. A PLAN FOR AN ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED. SUPERVISOR TO REVIEW REPORT THEN I WILL MAIL THE NOTICE . |
