TENANTS DID VACATE. NO LABELING, NO GROUNDING SYSTEM.
ADVISED MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ON SITE A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIRS.

OVERVIEW
THE PARKS WOOD POST SUPPORT SYSTEM IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OVER HEAD FEEDERS, THESE FEEDERS TRAVEL OVER THE TOPS OF THE ONE HOUSE AND THE FOLLOWING TRAILERS UNIT'S 2, 4,5,6,7,9,10,12,13,14.
POSTS HAVE IDENTIFIED TO HAVE SEVERE DAMAGE DUE DETERIORATION CAUSE BY LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND TERMITE DAMAGE. THE CONCRETE FOOTERS HAVE CRACKS AND ARE EXPOSED TO DUE MOVEMENT. THERE ARE POSTS WHICH ARE UNABLE TO SUPPORT ITS OWE WEIGHT SOME POSTS HAVE PIECES OF LUMBER WHICH HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE TOPS OF THE POSTS TO GAIN HEIGHT FOR THE FEEDERS.
THESE FEEDERS ARE BELOW THE 8 FOOT REQUIRED HEIGHT. THE POSTS IN THESE LOCATIONS ARE NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR THE FEEDERS TO MEET THE CODE HEIGHT.

REQUIRED ACTION
THE ELECTRICAL DEFECTS AND REPLACEMENT OF THE POSTS WILL REQUIRE A PERMIT. A PLAN FOR AN ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED.
SUPERVISOR TO REVIEW REPORT THEN I WILL MAIL THE NOTICE .
