Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, extensive damage in a secondary unit, Roof trusses, electrical, plumbing,walls, walboard, walls,condemned unit. Met with the owner on site, wrote notice of violation. Explained to owner the process, follow, inspection fees, extensions, citation. Stated they understood, wrote notice and had owner sign and gave a cop. Told ninety days to abate. Gave a chain to have unit secured, has a six foot fence on entire property. |
