Rick Saldate gave the case to me to have the property checked for no heat. Arrived and met with the tenant and he showed how the thermostat was loose on the wall. He did push he setting to 90 degrees and the heater was working. I was able to check the temperature and was 110 to 112 degrees at the vents coming out. I did stay for a while to check the unit and found the water heater lacking the drain line for the T.P.R. The water heater is new and has been replaced in 2009. Will need to check for the permit. Lacking smoke detectors on a one bedroom. The unit did get hot and the tenant stated that it's working. I will do N.O.V. RV. |
