Made contact with the office of the owner and they are on there way to the property. I did go to the site to meet the owners. Permission was given to have the property opened to check the damage and to let the tenants get some of their items out. Did go over that the owner or a rep from the management does need to know that some one is on the property. The person in the rear of the unit will be keeping track of who goes into the property. Once the owners looked at the damage they were talking to the installer or company of the installers to check if they could find the cause of the fire. They all took pictures of the rear burned and the items in the house. I did leave the site and the owner signed the paper work for the violation and gave a copy of the notice to vacate the property that the tenant signed. The owner was to close the opening after 5:00 PM and make arrangements to have the tenant get the other items out of the property. This property was a section 8 property and I met with Arturo the supervisor of Section 8 to verify. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
