Nothing has been done to clean the property and when talking to the owner, she stated that most of the items on the property belong to the tenant. She is waiting for the 30 days to past before cleaning of the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
11/19/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured except where the cooler has been removed. The gates on the property line have chains and locks and not able to enter the property. The metal security door has been removed and boarded up. The wood gate has been opened inside the property. Did go and meet with the owner and let them know that the cooler has been removed and the opening needs to be covered. The son will address the securing of the property. Did go over cleanin go the property and knocking down the wood frame ramada in the rear of the yard. The ramada is not secured and leaning to the side. Will check in 5 days. RV.
