10/22/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved No one home at the time of the inspection. Did observe clothing on clothes lines on the exterior of the rear of the house. The rear yard has vehicles behind a wood fence. The meter is missing from the meter base for the electrical and has water on at the time of the inspection. The security door on the house and the gate to the wood fencing have chain and locks. Did leave a card on the door for the owner or tenant to call. Will check tomorrow. RV.
11/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. Nothing has been done to clean the property and when talking to the owner, she stated that most of the items on the property belong to the tenant. She is waiting for the 30 days to past before cleaning of the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
