Visited site, met tenant,inspected, found as follows, vent for stove was closed up with a bucket cap, light in kitchen area, switch and light globe,window in bedroom not working properly,installed water lines for washing machine,stove is fixed to the wall perminately and hard wired, refregerator is fixed to the wall and hard wired in wall,hole in drywall covered with plastic garbage bag,, bare wiring on exterior light and no globe, circuit breakers are not marked for the circuit that it suppliies, there is a doubled lugged circuit,a circuit that suppies a exterior light to carport and is illegal and poses a safety hazard, this crcuit is going thru shaep edging, and also set on the groun ac also exposed to the exterior elements, there is a steel carport that is abutting the property line,there was a window replaced and does not operate properly, took pictures, will write a notice of violation |
