Met owner at property for site inspection. Added electrical circuits a subpanel, fixtures, extension cords, and outlets installed to and on accessory structures in rear property without required permits; Unattached ramada accessory structure over 200 sq ft (btwn vehicles); small attached accessory structure connected to two vehicles; three "commercial sized" vehicles on property in center rear yard with added equipment and items on top - these are arranged in a U shape with the ramada in the middle; one of the vehicles appears to be used as a living unit, has bedding and illegally added stove with vent; two trampolines have been installed on property in such a manner as they act as ramadas over 200 square feet, requiring permit; another accessory ramada structure towards NW section of property is attached to a trailer, is dilapidated and not to adopted code; accumulation of refuse and excessive storage on property, including storage in front yard. Note: owner indicates items are all useful and not refuse; accumulation of vegetation and debris in easement area (private property); the vehicles in the rear yard are also considered JMVs and if brought down to appropriate height, will require screening from golf course. |
