06/28/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received call from communication that T.P.D. on site with a car into a mobile home. Arrived and the electrical was still on and removed the power at the pedistal with removing the life line from the outlet and turning off the breakers. The door panel to the pedistal was screwed shut and not able to open with out removing the screw. The gas meter was turned off at the meter and Southwest Gas called to the property to remove the gas to the property. The gas meter was pinned. Did go into the mobile home with the owners to let them some items out and the mobile home was not stable. They were told that once the vehicle is removed from the mobile home that they would be let back in to get items to take with them to stay somewhere else. The vehicle was under the mobile home at the front portion and stuck and needed to be pulled out. The mobile home was off the metal stands through out the mobile home and had been moved about 2' from the oringinal position it was set at. The mobile home had an addition and it has been moved with the mobile home and off the foundation it was placed on. The doors are not able to keep shut due to the position of the mobile home. Once the vehicle was removed the park maintenance secured the doors and were screwed shut. The owner of the mobile home was advised that in order to gain entry to the mobile home that the management will need to know that they are on the park to get items out of the mobile home. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front of the mobile home and the owner signed all the paper work. The owner had a doctors appointment and will come back later to get some items out of the mobile home. The neighbors chainlink fencing was hit before hitting of the mobile home and the gates with about 10' of fabric was damaged and had to be removed to get the vehicle out. 4-post were also bent with the top rail. A light pole on the comon area for the front of the mobile home was knocked down and removed and the wiring was capped and secured by maintenance. Once the owner left the mobile home was secured. Will check in 30 days. RV.
