The property is vacant and secured with the posting still in the front window. Did check the perimeter to check for settlements. The footers have voids through out the exterior of the house. The addition has been separated from the original house and movement is visible on both sides of the house where the addition abutts against the house. Will check the records. Will keep the same follow up date on 9-3-13. RV.

ALSO EXPLAINED THE WORK WITHOUT PERMITS. HELPED WITH ISSUES BETWEN THE OWNER, TENANT AND SECTION 8. EXCHANGED NUMBER FOR THE TENANT AND PATRICIA, OWNERS DAUGHTER.

NOV EMERGENCY VACATE WAS ISSUED TO THE TENANT,COPY WILL GO TO DAVID MAYBURY FOR THE OWNER . WATER DEPT WAS CONTACTED TO TURN OFF THE WATER. AND NORMA CONTACTED BRAD AT PRIMEVERA FOR THE HOUSING OF THE TENANTS.
