The wall is on the exterior of the building. Work is being done on the light pole and were trying to remove the base where buried in the ground. Will check in 30 days. RV.
08/12/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and checked the electrical panels for the proper clearance. They are still working on trying to find a location for the desk that has to be moved. The light pole is still in the same position and no work has been done. The sign is in working order and has been replaced. The permit has been issued for the light pole, T13CM04789 on 8-6-13 with no inspection done. The sign permit has been issued, T13OT00780 on 7-18-13 and lacking the inspection and the electrical. Did tell the manager that the permits have been issued but lacking the inspection on the sign. Will check in 10 days. RV.
06/13/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received a call from Pearson Signs and the pole has been removed from the site. Did stop by and the pole was cut at the base of the foundation and the concrete was still in place. Has some water that is leaking from the concrete may be for irrigation lines. Did go over that permits are needed for the repairs or replacements of the light pole and the sign. Will check in 30 days. RV.
