06/12/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received call from T.P.D. officer Fernandez that a vehicle has hit a light pole and a sign. The light pole is leaning over and the post base has been broken 12" into the ground with breaking the rebar. The sign has the metal bracing that been broken and the sign has slid down off the metal pole support. The breaker has been removed at the breaker inside the building in the office. Did meet with the manager and went over that the desk has to be moved for access to the main electrical panels. Has another electrical panel in the back room that also needs to have cleared up for access when required. The manager signed all the paperwork and she will call when the light pole is removed or put on the ground and not on the air machine. Placed caution tape around the area to block off the area due to the light pole not secured. The maintenance crew has been notified and were on there way to look at the damage. Will check tomorrow on the light pole. RV.
