Visited site, met Rick Hollader, Jim Hurd on site, inspected and found multiple violation on structure, electrical violations consited of exterior front light,paint booth has lights, recepticals, wiring methods(no seals, conduit and fittings to code),Ground fault circuit interuptor in garage, bathroom, no grounding on service entranc, unused openings at panel, panel labeling not ledgeable, compressor diconnect not code code compliant, service nipple above current not sealed and allowing water to enter, current capacity is over rated for conductor size, improper conductor terminations, junction box has splices, unused openings,, verify air ecchanges for paint booth, electrical was also added and modified from last approved site plan,also the paint booth was being established without any permits and have hazardous materials in paint shop. I then contacted supervision and went over all the safety hazards of the buiklding and the contents and was in coinsidence of condemning unit and shut down at that point, handed a notice of violation and was given sero days to abate, was required to contact development services and submit for a cretificate of occupancy along with a site plan, will follow up in thirty days |
