Met with the owner and looked at the property and has trailers parked on the exterior of the main structure. The trailers are using extension cords for power and plugged into outlets due to people are living in the trailers. The outlets have been added to existing circuits or main disconnects for other items needed for power. Has and RV parked near the front of the property, a camper that has been placed on the ground, a fifth wheel that is towards the rear of the property, 2-travel trailers that have been parked by the pool area on the rear side of the property and one travel trailer that has been parked on the middle of the property inside the fenced area behind the main section of the property. Found tall grass and weeds with trash and debris through out the property including red bricks. Has a large amount of junk motor vehicles through out the property. The interior of the house area has 6-rooms with a kitchen and dinning room with 2-room in that area that are all tied together. The property has fire sprinkler system on the house and rooms. None of the smoke detectors are working or have been removed. Has other issues and will do N.O.V. RV. |
