09/05/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received a call from the new tenants and the cooler is not working. They are concern about the electrical outlet in the bathroom. I did stop by to check the cooler and the water line to the pad was not connected to the trough to wet the pad. The tube was in the middle of the pad and only wetting part of the pad. I did check the temprature out of the vents and it was 94 degrees to 95 degrees. The maintenance man was called to the site and did repair the water line to the trough and the temprature changed to 78 degrees to 80 degrees comming out of the vents. The electrical outlet is going to be worked on tomorrow and will be placing a box extension due to is lacking at this time and will have to buy the parts. It has a plastic extension and not connected to the box and is loose. The test shows reversed on the polariy. Will check in 5 days. RV.

05/09/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. Met with the manager and worker that will be doing work on the property. The interior is still being cleaned and the contractor will be meeting on the site to look at all that has to be done and tell when going to start the work. The posting is still in place. Will check in 30 days. RV.
04/18/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house has been vacated and is secured. Placed the sticker of "Do Not Enter" on the house. The neighbors stated that she left this morning to California. The owner has stated that he will try and have the work done and let him know that the house needs to be kept vacant until the repairs have been completed and checked by an inspector for min. housing conditions. Will do N.O.V. RV.
