While doing another inspection found where the house has issues with the house. Did meet with the tenant and she let us do the inspection. Inspection done with Colleen Bigman. Found exterior doors not weather protected, windows screwed shut, the plumbing leaking at the p-traps, plugged or the fixtures not working properly. There was no gas to the property and the water heater was not working due to on gas. The gas furnace has been tagged by Southwest Gas and has a new forced air furnace and the flue pipe has issues with contact to the wood at the ceiling and roof. No smoke detectors through out. The tenant will be moving out tomorrow and has a grandmother staying with her that will be leaving today to another location. Not sure how the electrical is being controled due the disconnect for the building has no fuses. Will go to site tomorrow to place the sticker of "Do Not Enter" and have the building secured. RV. |
