Met with the owner and checked the unit and found water heater lacking the cold water shut-off, the outlet near the water heater has open ground with broken cover plate, open ground in the kitchen, drain hose open to sewer, bathroom missing the globe on the light fixture and outlet has open ground and not G.F.C.I., no heat to the unit, missing cover plate in the living room on the outlet, sink has no trap. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
