Unit is bottom floor of a 2-story structure. Found open grounds in the carport and through out the interior of the unit. Has an opened drain pipe in the carport that has not fixture or sink in the area. Has exposed romex wiring that has dry rot on the covering of the wiring and the conductors are exposed with going to the second floor and behind the wood siding on the second floor. Light fixture in the carport is broken with the interior lighting are lacking the globes leaving the bulb exposed. The casement windows are lacking the cranks or not working through out. Weatherstripping is lacking on the exterior doors. The furnace is operating and has 2-tags from Southwest Gas for possible cracked heat exchanger. The gas and power was turned off to the furnace and the owner was advise to have it checked if operable or has to be replaced. The combustin relief ducts are bent and not allow flow of air to the area with the area not being sealed. The kitchen has an exhaust fan in the ceiling but is not working. Bath room has no venting with a window or fan. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
