The old dilapidated structures and fencing are towards the southeast section of the parcel; owner appears to have started breaking them down and dismantling them. Fencing along the east and west is not structurally sound. Unscreened storage along east side of main SFR. Owner states he is building small fence in front; storage is for those building materials. Attached patio on the west side of the SFR has been crudely enclosed without permits.
