11/06/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LPUMPHRE Approved Parcel contains a SFR with attached carport. There are several dilapidated structures in the rear that were built with no setbacks and are likely very old. Storage on property over 25%, including JMVs. Observed exterior of property; the SE corner of property shows the fencing and structures are falling down and highly dilapidated. Owner did not grant access to yard or interior. He owns abutting parcel to west and to south. Similar violations on those parcels; new cases will be opened. Owner agreed to set up an inspection of the property for early next week; he was given card.
11/20/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LPUMPHRE Approved Met owner at property for inspection; he allowed inspection of this yard from 109 E Mac Iver, but I was not allowed directly onto it. From the vantage point, the property was still confirmed to have over 25% of storage on lot. The old dilapidated structures and fencing are towards the southeast section of the parcel; owner appears to have started breaking them down and dismantling them. Fencing along the east and west is not structurally sound. Unscreened storage along east side of main SFR. Owner states he is building small fence in front; storage is for those building materials. Attached patio on the west side of the SFR has been crudely enclosed without permits.
