PRIOR TO REINSPECTING THE PROPERTY I CHECKED PERMITS PLUS AND FOUND COMBO PERMIT T12CMO4284 FINALED. UPON ARRIVAL I FOUND PROPERTY REMAINS VACANT AND SECURED, REAR FENCING ALSO SECURED BUT ENTRANCE TO THE REAR AREA WASHED OUT DUE TO WIDENING BEING DONE ON HOUGHTON RD. VACANT STRUCTURE HAS A SIGN IN FRONT STATING STRUCTURE IS AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE. SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO STATING CASE COULD BE CLOSED OUT DUE TO PERMIT FINALED AND STRUCTURE VACANT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE |
