THERE ARE 6 WINDOW AND 4 DOOR OPENINGS THAT ARE UNSECURED ALONG WITH ONE STORAGE SHED LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD. ALL THE WIRING FROM THE INTERIOR HAS BEEN STOLEN. THE DRYWALL HAS BEEN TORN FORM THE WALLS EXPOSING THE FRAMING. THE MAIN DISCONNECT HAD ENERGIZED EXPOSED 1.0 UTILITY CONDUCTORS DUE TO THE LACK OF A COVER PANEL. ONE OF THE METERS IS MISSING. THE SERVICE IS AN UNDERGROUND TYPE. ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY OF TUCSON: TEP WAS CALLED TO THE SITE TO HAVE THE POWER CUT OFF THE POLE FOR 12/ 16 E NEBRASKA ST. PLACARDS WERE POSTED AT BOTH PROPERTIES. A 24 NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS HANDED TO A MALE AT 1720 E 12TH ST THE MALE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE OWNERS BROTHER NAMED RONNIE. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS BROTHERS PHONE SO I ASKED HIM TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL ME ASAP. |
