The owner did call to check if I had secured the property and stated that I have not been on the property since the last inspection on 7-16-12. I did let him know that I called the contractor and T.P.D. has been to the site and they had it secured due to people going into the house. Gave Risk management phone number to call them to check if the cost can be dropped due to no one called him. No work has been done to the property. Will check in 60 days. RV.
