Fire got into the attic and damaged rafters and 1X 6 planking, electrical service da,age by fire and wire cut on roof. Wiring in attic. Damage by fire or heat. Plaster ceiling and walls have holes where checking for fire.Vent holes cut on roof. Front door damaged at security door wooden door tp gain entry. Back door damage by fire and trying to gain entry. Windows on back of house damaged by fire. Cooler and wall furnnace in living room have smoke damage. Smoke damage throughout. Owner called insurance and was given permission to secure the property. Bathcrest called to property to secure front and back doorss and bathroom window. Owner signed all paperwork and did posting Do Not Enter. Follow-up in 30 days.
12/07/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. The trusses have all been removed and are being replaced with new. The permit has been issued, T12CM07429 on 11-21-12 and no inspection have been done. The trusses have all been removed and replace with new. The rear porch has been removed and will be built next. There is a dumpster on the property and almost full. Will check in 90 days. RV.
