Calking in the shower in the bathroom is missing and leaking into the wall causing mold. Electrical circuits added without permit. New circuit installed from fusebox for dishwasher without permit. Some double lugging. Wires in upper cabinet above the sink are terminated with wire nuts. Receptacle installed under the sink for dishwasher. Breakers pop when using more than one appliance. Breakers not properly labeled. New 20 amp breaker installed in panel. Send 30 day notice. Schedule follow up inspection. |
