No smoke detectors in the unit. Electrical outlet in living room is worn and connection is loose. Furnace/a/c unit is improperly installed in the closet of the bedroom and non permitted. Plumbimg backs up into shower during heavy use. Wood around/under all eaves/soffits of the unit is rotted, decayed, missing paint. Storage shed in rear has rotted, decayed wood. The roof of the shed is dilapidated. Send 30 day notice to property owner. Schedule follow up inspection. Photos in SIRE. |
