09/17/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and not able to gain entry into the property due to no one home. They made phone calls to try and call the tenants. Talk to the manager of the property and was advised that a charge of a re-fee of $75.00 for the inspection will be given and they need to let the tenant know about the charge. They gave the 48 hour notice and they didn't have a key to open the door. The manager was told if this happens at the next inspection that another re-fee will be charged. Went over the pool being filled and he is having trouble with getting the fill to the property. Advised that he needs to call other company's due to seen truck in the area hauling fill. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The manager called and the inspector from P.D.S.D. was on his way for the inspection. Did meet with the inspector and the inspection has been finaled. All correction have been made on the permit and only lacking checking the work on the interior of the house. They will start the filling of the pool and should be done in 30 days. The worker tried to call the tenants and left a message. Was able to check some of the work done on the exterior but need to get inside. Will check in 30 days. RV.
08/07/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and talk to the property manager and stated that all the inspection have been completed. Will check the permit for status. Found where the gas pressure test is lacking final. The manager will call to check what needs to be done to have final or will call when meeting next week to check work done. The manager will call when making the time to meet at site with the tenants. Not able to make contact with the tenants. Will wait for the call for the next inspection. RV.
06/25/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved TALK TO THE DAUGHTER AND SOME WORK HAS BEEN DONE BUT NOT COMPLETED. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE AN INSPECTION TODAY AROUND 10:00 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. THE POOL WILL BE THE LAST ITEM DONE AND WANTS TO HAVE THE HOUSE ISSUES DONE BEFORE THE POOL AREA DONE. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
06/22/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved NO ONE HOME AND CALLED THE LANDLORD AND HE STATED THAT THE TENANTS ARE ON VACATION. HE WAITING FOR THEM TO RETURN. WILL CALL THE DAUGHTER TO CHECK THE STATUS. RV.
