Green pool with stagnate water half full in back yard. Extension was being added on, but stopped and now A/C unit piping is exposed in back yard area. Bedroom sliding door is nailed shut and poses potential fire hazard safety. Issues have been reported to Property Owner previously.

Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade. |

HAS ELECTRICAL ADDED TO AN OUTLET IN THE CEILING RAFTER GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION. HAS DUCTWORK THAT IS ADDED TO THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE AND GOING INTO THE RAFTERS ON THE REAR PORCH. THE POOL HAS STAGNATE WATER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL THAT HAS BEEN DRAINTED AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR AWHILE. GATE TO THE POOL IS TIED WITH A BOARD AND ROPE TO KEEP FROM FALLING. SOME OF THE FENCE PANEL ARE LOOSE OR FALLING AROUND THE POOL. HAS ANOTHER CHAINLINK FENCING AROUND THE PROPERTY THAT IS SEPARATE FROM THE POOL. SLIDING GLASS DOOR IN THE KITCHEN IS HARD TO MOVE TO CLOSE AND OPEN AND SHOWS WARE ON THE TRACK. SLIDING GLASS DOOR IN THE SOUTHEAST BEDROOM HAS BEEN SCREWED SHUT. ELECTRICAL UPGRADE HAS BEEN INSTALLED OF A 200 AMP AND THE SEAL ON THE T.E.P. METER IS LACKING. AC SPLIT SYSTEM HAS BEEN ADDED WITH THE CONDENSOR ON THE ROOF AND THE FORCED AIR FURNACE HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED. G.F.C.I. ARE LACKING IN THE KITCHEN AND TESTING WITH OPEN GROUND ON SOME OUTLETS. CLOSET DOORS MISSING IN THE NORTHWEST BEDROOM AND ARE SLIDING BI-PASS DOORS. MASTER BATHROOM HAS A DRAIN COVER THAT IS LOOSE AND NOT SECURED. HALL BATHROOM HAS AN EXHAUST FAN THAT IS MAKING A NOISE THAT SOMETHING IS LOOSE ON THE BLADE. THE SHOWER AND TUB SURROUND IS LOOSE AND PUSHED IN AT THE VALVES AND LOOKS LIKE IT'S GETTING WET INSIDE. FRONT DOOR IS BINDING AND THE DEAD BOLT IS NOT LOCKING. TRIED TO PUSH IN THE DOOR AND NOT ABLE TO LOCK THE DEAD BOLT.
