Gas furnace not operable & tagged by SW gas Co. H.W.H. lacking T.R.P. drain pipe. Tub not draining.
Unit 2, 2317 lacks required smoke detectors and is storing combustible in front of gas H.W.H. & furnace area.
Unit 3, 2319 (B) lacks required smoke detectors, H.W.H. lacking T.R.P. drain piping & unit lacking required heating appliance.
