07/05/2012 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Denied 1.) Looked at 6 foot stub out with 11 feet piping all ductile need to wrap all piping in PVC plastic with install tracer wire also 200 PSI test for 2 hours approved.
2.) Advise construction supervisor that they will need to get a separate approved plan and permit for the installation of the underground.
